What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Technician position at TransCore?
TransCore (TCI), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking three (3) Construction Technicians to join our team in Tampa, FL.
Job Duties will be the following, but not limited to:
- Perform construction services on Intelligent Transportation Systems, and Traffic Signal Systems on various FDOT, County, and City Contracts.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer and networking experience
- FDOT approved MOT certification
- Knowledge of how to request and perform Utility Locates
Desired Skills:
- CDL class B
- Operation of Mini Excavators, tracked loaders and other construction equipment
- IMSA Traffic Signal I
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
