Who We Are:
TransForce is the leading digital two-sided marketplace with a mission to solve the truck driver shortage crisis in the US. Majority owned by the private equity firm Palladium Equity Partners, TransForce sits in one of the central and most critical points of the supply chain, between the 560,000 motor carriers (trucking companies) and the 3.6 million commercial truck drivers in the US. Think of TransForce as a tech-enabled platform similar to Uber, but for commercial truck drivers to be automatically matched with quality, high-paying jobs in their local areas. TransForce is the clear market leader in this space, and its technology platform – TF1 – has the business positioned to further accelerate the company’s growth.
TransForce has a world-renowned technology team developing TransForce One (TF1) that previously built the platform for one of the leading delivery businesses that had a successful public exit. Based in Israel, our development team has built TF1 over the past six months and has an exciting product roadmap in place. There are already over 45,000 drivers who have downloaded the app and 10,000 are using TF1 and accepting jobs monthly; we expect that number to grow to a few hundred thousand over the next year.
Additionally, TransForce has already launched the TF1 motor carrier portal with the expectation to onboard hundreds and then thousands of motor carriers. TransForce is uniquely positioned to continue to lead the digitization of this two-sided market with many drivers employed and motor carrier clients, as well as perfect TF1 internally to be able to provide seamless managed services and SaaS solutions to its customers.
Our Culture:
TransForce culture is built on collaboration and innovation. There is significant room to grow and opportunities to take initiative. You will partner with sharp, motivated teammates looking to disrupt a massive industry—and have fun while doing it. If this sounds like you, then let us know—and join a company that is driven by a better standard!
