Transitions Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Associate to aid in business development in the Orlando area that focuses on the recruitment of Home Health Care Companies and Assisted Living Facilities. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience and contacts with multiple home health care agencies and be familiar with the healthcare industry.

```Duties```
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and market research focusing on Home Healthcare Companies and Assisted Living Facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct sales presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities

- Proven experience in sales and business development with Home Healthcare Companies and Assisted Living Facilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other customer relationship management software
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
