What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&I position at Transwest?
Transwest is seeking an F&I to assist a team of sales professionals to increase both the quantity and quality of sales generated. As F&I you will interact with customers to build customer loyalty by assisting with financing options and products for continued care of their vehicle purchase. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills to lead a successful team.

- Maintain relationships to obtain final funding for retail purchases.
- Master multiple investor online approval systems and submission requirements to facilitate rapid loan approval and increase company revenues.
- Presentation and sale of after-market products, warranty, and insurance services.
- Prepare and present legal contracts and documentation required to finalize the sale of retail purchases.
- Develop and implement tracking reports to accurately monitor and forecast sales income.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
- Occasional stooping or bending.
- Climbing in and out of vehicles in various weather conditions.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with good standing MVR.
- Must be a leader capable of motivating a staff to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Selected candidate will be required to attend training sessions for products service by the company at the company’s expense.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
