The Sr. Operations Area Supervisor will be responsible for managing operations for several multifamily (apartment) communities within an assigned district. The Sr. Operations Area Supervisor works alongside our frontline employees, splitting their time between recruiting/hiring, interviewing, training, payroll, client visits and oversight of the remote workforce who service our communities. The main function of this role will be to ensure that day and nightly trash pick-up is completed per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Sr. Operations Area Supervisor will also assist with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch. *** Schedule: Thursday thru Sunday 9AM - 3PM & 7PM - Service Completion. ***  WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion of doorstep trash/recycling collection on all scheduled services in assigned area - Conduct on-site quality reviews of team and communities - Recruit/train/onboard new staff as well as provide continuing education as needed - Track payroll for area and submit to FQM semi-monthly for payroll processing - Monitor staff check in/out and overall time to completion using our proprietary technology - Organize and staff rollout/launch of service on new properties - Provide on-call support to workforce - Manage workforce inventory/supplies; including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc. - Work collaboratively with other business units as required to serve customer - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. - Other duties as assigned   WHO YOU ARE: - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Managerial or Team Lead role - Motivated Self-starter with ability to be action-orientated - Experienced managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week; roughly 2-3 hours per day - Intermediate level experience in Recruiting - Customer Service oriented - Will be required to give constructive feedback and coach employees - Flexibly pivots to changing priorities and timelines - #CDA (Can Do Attitude) mentality AKA A-Player! - Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must - Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills - Capability to work independently or with a team - Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customers - Embody our core values: Building leaders; Always branding; Fun, enthusiastic team environment; Listen, fulfill & delight - High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred or workforce experience PERKS - Truck Provided, Phone, Car Wash stipends - Flexible Hours - Competitive Wage; annual salary - Incentive Programs - Eligible for company sponsored benefits (health, dental and vision) We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are using E-verify and are a participant in Right to Work.
