As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founding team as we expand and grow. In this role you will assist with nurturing prospects throughout the entire B2B sales funnel process. You will also assist with lead generation through social and email marketing. You will have a direct impact on the growth of our business and be recognized and rewarded for your success. This is an inside sales and marketing role with an incredible opportunity for career growth if that is of interest. We market to, sell to, and provide ongoing support to incredible hotels around the world from the comfort of New Orleans.
Sales & Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and thoughtful follow-up to prospects throughout the sales process.
- Utilize social media platforms to generate client interest and build brand awareness.
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Generate weekly sales reports.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics, as well as business development strategies to help identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Bring a high level of energy and positivity to the team on a daily basis.
Sales & Marketing Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Experience working in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
