Our Environmental Sector delivers comprehensive environmental solutions to meet the full project lifecycle needs of clients in renewable energy, oil & gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries. With one of the largest multimedia air and land permitting and compliance teams, we support client success in manufacturing and industry, liquids delivery and processing, natural gas storage and delivery, power generation and delivery, and transportation projects.
Position Overview
TRC is seeking an experienced part-time, as needed, Senior ESG and EHS Consultant to support our ESG and Climate Advisory practice. This position may report remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Acts as a technical/regulatory leader of ESG, EHS and other client environmental needs for TRC’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team (e.g., may rely on SMEs, but needs to be very knowledgeable and capable in ESG, EHS and other environmental services).
- Works with ESG & Climate Advisory practitioners as a subject matter expert for client projects.
- Complete site visits as needed to support the TAS team, focusing on EHS.
- Assist with the preparation of concise TAS due diligence reports, liability estimations etc., and other deliverables that assess potential safety liability risks, compliance and operational status.
- Collaborate and coordinate with TRC personnel, offices and different practices throughout the US and globally.
- This new hire will be primarily a “doer”, with a utilization of over 90% expected.
