What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Customer Success position at Tread?

Tread is looking for a Customer Success leader to grow and develop our Customer Success team. As the Head of Customer Success at Tread, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Success strategy and ensuring high customer engagement and retention.
