Tread is looking for a Customer Success leader to grow and develop our Customer Success team. As the Head of Customer Success at Tread, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Success strategy and ensuring high customer engagement and retention. You will have the opportunity to mold and refine our existing best in class and scalable processes.
