Our remote Design Leads provide creative expertise in three main areas including collaboration with our Creative Directors to establish an approach for each project, working with the Design Project Managers to lead the production of design deliverables, and finally, they provide ongoing internal creative support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional, on-brand designs and concepts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
- Collaborate with different internal and external business units to develop and refine design work.
- Conduct thorough UX/UI, and brand audits for client projects.
- Provide strategic direction in design, content, and user experience.
- Manage and maintain all design files, assets, and applicable software/services.
- Guide the production of assets for social media campaigns and the agency website.
- Providing effective communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Relevant Experience:
- Producing visually appealing and on-brand creative work that reflects current trends and best practices.
- Presenting both conceptual and revised work to internal and external clients, synthesizing feedback, and creating successful outcomes.
- Using data analysis to drive creative decisions.
- Creating assets for social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Leading design initiatives for a WordPress site.
- Expertise in user experience testing and design.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Magento, and Big Commerce.
