Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Secondary Beauty Source Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and capitalize on opportunities with dormant accounts and inquiries from potential clients who have expressed interest in our products but haven't been serviced due to resource constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Re-engagement: Identify dormant accounts and develop strategies to re-engage with them.
Conduct thorough research on past interactions, purchase history, and preferences to tailor reactivation approaches.
Lead Follow-up: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients who have expressed interest in our products.
Nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building to convert inquiries into active accounts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
Identify potential new clients within the beauty and fragrance sector and assess their fit with our product offerings.
Collaboration :Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the beauty or fragrance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with branded fragrances, especially those represented by our company.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or account management is also preferred
