We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience with transportation management systems and possess excellent communication skills.

```Responsibilities```
- Receive and process customer orders for transportation services
- Coordinate with drivers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track shipments
- Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

```Skills```
- Proficiency in using GPS and transportation management systems
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management or similar software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
- Experience with dispatching or transportation planning is preferred
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems is a plus
- Typing skills and proficiency in data entry
- Understanding of freight logistics and transportation industry

Pay: $15.00 - $27.01 per hour
