Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented person, This role will provide administrative support and support the reception and guest services. In this role you will be tasked with scheduling setup of conference rooms, checking in guests, and directing calls to the correct person. In this role you will be assisting the team entry lots of information into excel and quickbooks. Responsible for researching, verifying and inputting a high volume of numeric and alphabetic data from multiple sources into various databases in an accurate manner. Ensuring the information is not only entered, but also maintained on a regular basis. The Ideal person will be a computer savvy, fast typist who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Perform database updates for client data per company procedures.
Properly and timely complete all documentation.
Provide timely responses to team members.
Create, edit and complete call summaries according to written procedure
Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
Attend client events as directed.
Perform data entry.
Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation
Be available for meetings as requested
Assist with event meet and greets
Other duties as assigned.
