We’re Looking for:
As a Market Sales Coordinator, you’re the first line, the bridge, you’re not just the connecting piece between us and our customers, to them, you ARE TradeRev. What does that mean? It means you’re going to be moving in a fast-paced, exciting and tech-fueled environment where you’ll be the one bringing a high-energy, customer-obsessed and tech-savvy attitude that dealers have come to expect from TradeRev. We want you to flex those skills and spearhead troubleshooting, training, and demonstrations so you can build personal relationships and help us take the business to the next level. As the digital expert, you’ll be the point person showing dealers just how intuitive TradeRev’s tech like AI and machine learning is, while ensuring we’re representing our client’s inventory with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and captivating videos.

- Customer-obsessed. You’re always giving it your all when it comes to our customers. Whether it’s a franchise automotive dealership, independent used vehicle dealer, or wholesale buyer, you’re making it happen for them.
- Tech-savvy. You use TradeRev’s industry-leading tech like AI and machine learning to collect data on wholesale vehicles for auctions on our app.
- Detail-oriented. Nothing gets by you. You’re like a detective and the car is the case. Before the vehicle hits the digital auction, you’ll be the one making sure everything from the images to the descriptions are in perfect shape.
- Resilient. Rain, sleet, or snow – you got this. The territory is your office.
- Service-minded. We said it once, we’ll say it again – you will be customer-obsessed. You work with sellers to provide training, in-field technical support, and other services to deliver a fair, fast, and easy experience.
- Fiercely competitive. There’s a lot of imitators out there, but there’s only one TradeRev. You’ll need to understand and react to the competitive landscape and know what it takes to be successful.

You Will:
- Be a master of your craft. Through initial and continuous training, you will develop a thorough understanding of TradeRev.
- Be a champion of change. The status quo is your worst enemy and mediocrity is at its side, we’re revolutionizing an industry and you’re at the front lines.
- Be a strong communicator. Proactively communicate with TradeRev users and partners, as well as track your efforts in Salesforce.
- Be a problem-solver. Constantly demonstrate the ability to remain calm and diplomatic in dispute resolutions. Facilitate feedback from accounts to assist with sales initiatives and improvements.
You Have:
- Proven field or service/support experience; preferred
- Prior experience within the automotive industry; preferred
- Experience and are comfortable with web and mobile technology
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- The desire and ability to travel more than 75% (using your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license)
