We are looking for an experienced Sr. Communication and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading global communication efforts and be a champion of employee engagement activities. This person will manage communication plans regarding strategic change initiatives, company operations and general company updates for all TreviPay’s global employees. In addition to communications, this role will be instrumental in driving high employee engagement for the company.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute all company global communications and planning.
- Develop relationships with organizational stakeholders to promote the internal communication strategies.
- Develop and communicate strategies that emphasize authenticity, clarity and concise language.
- Monitor communications results on a consistent basis and assess outreach efforts to identifying innovative ways to more effectively reach target audiences.
- Manage communications calendars, timelines, review processes, approvals, scheduling, testing, sending, tracking, and reporting.
- Work with TreviPay’s global Employee Engagement Committee to develop and implement ongoing campaigns to drive engagement, Reward and Recognition programs and retention strategies.
- Manage and facilitate employee surveys and tools.
- Facilitate and manage event coordination for companywide townhalls and employee events.
- Maintain relationships with outside vendors that support communication and engagement tools.
- Manage content on SharePoint for HR related topics and policies.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years effectively managing corporate communications and engagement in a global workforce.
- Excellent presentation skills: the ability to speak to audiences that include peers, co-workers, managers, clients, etc.
- Experience working with multiple communication technologies such as SharePoint, Constant Contact and Quantum Workplace.
- Must be creative with demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo to find innovative ways to improve communications that drive employee engagement.
- Passionate about people, being the champion and the voice of employees.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to create and maintain content and communication calendars.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
