Summary
Trexon is seeking a dedicated remote ERP Operations Specialist with ability to travel up to 50% domestically in the US with some International travel. Trexon provides unique connectivity solutions that withstand the toughest environments and the most exacting applications.
As ERP Business Analyst for Trexon, the position’s primary purpose will be to provide functional and technical support to end users working within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program (Epicor). Execute upon and support the primary functional and technical responsibility to support Epicor Implementations and post-go-live initiatives. This position leverages outstanding analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to promote and develop the Epicor ERP Platform within our workplace, workforce, and multiple company locations as part of the ERP implementation team.

Minimum Qualifications
This position is a remote role and requires up to 50% travel.
Experience:
- Minimum Five (5) years of ERP experience with Epicor 10 required.
- Moderate knowledge of all E10 Operation modules in Quote-to-Cash platform, within the Epicor ERP system or like ERP system.
- 3 years working in a manufacturing organization.
- Hands-on experience in upgrades, testing, planning, customizations, and enhancements for an ERP platform
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, diagnose problems, provide solutions.
- Ability to identify, capture and translate business requirements for technical teams.
- Shows a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.
- This position encompasses application management, support, training, and the creation of procedural documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Skilled in identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, gathering, and analyzing information skillfully.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the (ERP) program.
- Analyze and tests ERP processes to ensure the system is meeting business unit and corporate needs.
- Proficiency in Epicor applications, business analysis, and business management
- Proficiency in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting solutions to system errors as reported.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
- Familiarity with JIRA or other ITSM tools
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Specific Position Duties
- Work with different organizational business unit challenges to identify and enhance ERP processes and change requirements.
- Interact with members of cross-functional teams to drive corporate initiatives.
- Assist in preparation and planning for upgrades and enhancements, including testing plans.
- Participate in and support ongoing ERP-related projects.
- Support end users by troubleshooting error messages and providing resolution related to Epicor Financials and Operations
- Work autonomously with Epicor ERP vendor support for unresolved issues or bugs
- Travel as needed to assist with individual business unit needs and the Implementation team to better optimize ERP usage and ERP knowledge throughout the organization.
- Proficiently assist and train users in all products and software interacting with the ERP
- A profound comprehension of transaction flows within a fully integrated system is essential.
- Deliver exceptional application support through diverse channels including phone, in-person interactions, and ServiceNow ticket resolution.
- Identify, dissect symptoms, conduct root cause analysis, and meticulously document solutions.
