Marketing Lead:
To develop comprehensive marketing plans for the company and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Develop an advertising and communication strategy including digital & social media to promote events, product launches, brand awareness and engage customers
- Develop a marketing calendar and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments to facilitate product launches, including presentations, press releases, website management, advertisement development, collateral creation and coordinating with media partners for promotions
- Design and manage mass emailing campaigns using Constant Contact and Salesforce in alignment with advertising schedules
- Lead trade show planning and implementation
- Partner with creative teams, media partners, internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors for collateral development, advertising, trade shows, and promotions
- Maintain and update company website, UL Prospector, and ShareFile as well as other third-party media and digital relationships
- Continually monitor and analyze market trends and prepare forecasts based on consumer insights
- Support customer /consumer face time strategy including F2F meetings and webinars
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget and track marketing spend on a monthly basis
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead track campaign performance using CRM (Salesforce) software
- Develop campaigns and strategies to improve open and CTR
- Managing the marketing department's staff and provide training /coaching.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
. Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing; 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Chemistry / Biology a plus.
Exposure to the personal care industry is a considerable advantage.
