Outside Sales- Western / Central Montana - Uncapped Commission!!
As an Outside Sales Representative, you have the advantage of representing a product line that is unique in
the industry from the services and products that we can provide. No two days are the same.
You’ll spend most of your time in the field visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find
out how we can help them and demonstrating our solutions. You will find yourself in different contexts :
construction sites, company offices, production plants & much more.
At your customers site, you will not only demonstrate some of the most innovative products in the industry,
but help come up with solutions to help our customers in all avenues of the construction process.
You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. You plan and organize
your day-to-day work independently; therefore you need to be comfortable with building relationships
remotely and motivating yourself.
The role is all about nurturing and fostering relationships, developing contacts on site with customers and
helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
Learning new and existing products and services and how they are applied to various jobsites
- Maintaining daily logs of interactions
- Providing submittals, info, pricing to customers in a timely manner
- Hands on use with power tools and consumables on Jobsites / Offices
- Communication with the offices that you represent
- Travelling schedule
- Maintaining a professional appearance on the jobsite as well as the office
- Respecting the safety protocols on jobsites (hardhats, vests, safety glasses etc.)
- Learning and using our interoffice billing system
- Delivering products to jobsites occasional lifting of objects of 50lbs
- Maintaining your company vehicle (oil changes, appearance etc.)
- Managing expenses and turning in Credit Card receipts
