Our Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to be a part of our team as a Service Manager. As the Service Manager/Advisor you will be responsible for providing advanced auto services with exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with mechanics regarding appropriate service options
- Explain all service options to customers, including cost estimates
- Track maintenance or repair status, fill out reports on labor and cost of all services
- Advise customers on warranty protections
- Perform routine customer service duties; i.e. answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and calling customers with service updates
- Manage shop workflow and schedule for mechanics and technicians
- Review shop performance to meet company goals and budgets
- Responsible for associate and development staffing
- Provide technical assistance and support
Qualifications:
- Must have managerial experience (Deal Breaker)
- HS Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
