Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Oversee and coordinate auto painting and auto glass repair services
- Supervise heavy lifting tasks and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
- Conduct auto estimating to determine repair costs and provide accurate quotes to customers
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for high-quality paint finishes
- Collaborate with mechanics and automotive repair technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within an automotive shop or related industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in auto painting, auto glass repair, and heavy lifting
- Familiarity with auto estimating procedures and software
- Experience with airless paint spraying equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
