Residential and Day program manager positions

Calling all teachers, counselors, and individuals with experience within the field of developmentally disabled individuals. Triad Residential Solutions is looking to grow and evolve the business. Triad is looking for individuals that are passionate and experienced in the DD field. Triad has multiple vocational programs and we are hoping to make this a thriving part of our business model. The adult day program/ vocational manager position will be key in the next steps for our company. Triad Adult Day Program Manager

This role is responsible for oversight of the activities/operations of multiple Triad Adult Day Service locations. Duties include over the site and providing services/support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disability in the community or service location, including daily living skills, job coaching, vocational training.

The schedule is subject to vary between the hours 6:45 am- 4:45 pm including every other weekend (12 hour weekend shifts).

Triad Residential Manager

Triad Residential Solutions provides personalized support for adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes, and in the community, including promotion of individual rights and achievement of personal goals within a safe and secure environment

This position is responsible for oversight of the activities/operations of 5-8 Triad residential facilities/locations. Duties include on-site direct client health/safety needs, documentation/reporting, emergency situations, and staff/schedule direction.

Triad ADS Connections provides recreational, educational, and vocational opportunities to our participants in a variety of settings within the community. As an Adult Day Service Specialist, you will be involved in a variety of activities with our Participants' interests and goals in mind. You will receive on-the-job training by job-shadowing experienced Instructors and then you will supervise, coach, and mentor Program Participants through daily training, recreation, and social activities.

The following are requirements of the job for both management positions:

• 5 years experience in developmental disabilities or related field; 3 experience in a supervisory role preferred
• College Degree preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Work availability may require evenings, weekends, and holidays. Also includes operational and emergency needs, and work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Requirements also include (in addition to State employment requirements): A High school diploma/GED; a valid Driver's License in the state of Ohio; satisfactory driving record as stipulated by the state, federal, and insurance requirements; CPR/First Aid certified; ability to pass a fingerprint background screening; satisfactory physical; negative drug screening; knowledge of transportation area; and an OUTGOING personality!
