Program Manager:
TRIAEM is hiring a Program Manager to manage an effort associated with various projects associated with release trains across this Integrated Program Office (IPA). The customer requires specialized teams to help IPA oversee, manage and track the Agile activities, the release train that integrate with open data store and sensor requirements development that interface with internal and external systems.
Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of contract support activities to be managed.
- Manage program execution, removing impediments to flow, and risk and dependency management. In addition, the Contractor shall align the teams to a shared business and technology mission and realize the accomplishment of a value stream by supporting solutions that deliver benefit to the end-user.
- Maintains contact with all RTM teams and ensures standardization of policies/procedures and record keeping across all teams.
- Identifies and understands dependencies between teams and development efforts, ensuring work is executed according to those dependencies and associated risks.
- The Contractor shall support the Government Program, Project, and Segment Requirements Team at governance board meetings for approval of new user needs and requirements as requested.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or master’s plus five years of experience in government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field
- Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
- Demonstrated experience, in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract.
- Demonstrated success in managing agile design and development efforts.
- Jira/Confluence and Tableau experience and other tracking tools
Desired Experience
- Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of the NSG Tasking, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TPED) mission and the systems that enable that mission.
Travel Requirement
- Travel will be required at customer locations locally and other CONUS area’s

- TS/SCI
