Triangle Services Facility Maintenance Division is a leading provider of janitorial, maintenance and security solutions throughout the country. The focus of our FMS division is to act as a partner in providing our customers with personalized and cost-effective solutions to ensure efficient and reliable end-to-end service. FMS quality and reliable services, along with FMS highly skilled and qualified teams, have been effective in growing the division and our client base over the years. Position: Vice President/General Manager
Pay Rate: Base salary $100,000 - $150,000

Position Summary:

The FMS Vice President/General Manager will report directly to the COO and be a key member of the Facility Management Division. The ideal candidate will serve as team leader, direct the business development activities of the organization, and drive profitable growth. They will play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the team leader to drive the profitable growth for the geographic Midwest Region, including sales, operations, supervision, and administration.
  • Collaborates with management to develop strategic plan, and then carries out 3 year strategic plan for the Midwest Region, leading the team to ensure goals are achievable.
  • Manage the overall sales and financial functions of the business.
  • Sets budget and oversees the daily operations & administration; including scheduling, payroll processing, billing, & Invoicing to ensure adherence to Budgets.
  • Building and maintaining profitable long-term relationships with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales & profit objectives.
  • Recruit, build and develop team to support the Company and FMS Division profitable growth objective.
  • Involved in the day-to-day activities.
  • Interacting with vendors, customers, and company departments including identifying acquisition or Janitorial opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and ability to work with team to obtain results.
  • Strong analytical, detail oriented, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Self-starter, growth oriented, competitive with strong desire to succeed.
  • Collaborates with others to meet defined objectives and solutions.
  • Service industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in facility related services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience in security or custodial industry.
  • Proven success in expanding business; experience leading and motivating teams.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Salary and bonus commensurate with experience.
