Prior experience in Human Resources or Supervision
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following, other duties may be assigned.)
Recruit / interview for open positions, including completion of background checks when applicable
Review payroll time records to ensure accuracy after supervisor approval (Plant 2)
Assist HR Generalist with Safety Meetings and other safety initiatives
Review communication logs or warnings for accuracy and consistency of policy administration
Ensure supervisors are issuing attendance warnings when they are due
Maintain TKI information in teams
Star Employee of the Month (Plant 2)
Door badge deletions and additions as needed
New employee data entry
Track and award Triangle Store Points all plants (monthly)
Maintain FMLA records for P2, enter into employee schedules when applicable
Initiate training process for new employees (including emailing supervisors with notification, providing supervisors with initial paperwork, etc.)
Complete orientation for new employees (including drug screen, new hire packet, setup in payroll, safety videos, set up in time clock, Routsis when applicable)
Employee file creation and management.
Event Coordination, including assisting with Picnic, Christmas Parties, etc.
Support plant supervisors as needed for disciplinary issues (EE write ups / PIPs, etc.)
Review all injury reports for P2, ensure corrective actions are acceptable and provide data to HR Generalist
Maintain Bulletin board and postings as needed.
Maintain training files and personnel records for Plant 2
Enter all necessary training into employee training files / Rockware
Collect and maintain all employee data for EEO-1, EEO-2, and ACA reporting requirements.
Enter new hire info into WOTC / CMS for Plant 2
Update Plant Job Descriptions as required by Operations Manager
Back up to critical duties of HR Generalist
Report the status of any open personnel needs to Plant Supervisor in DDL
Order office supplies for Plant 2
Any other duties assigned by the Administrative Director
