As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position involves day-to-day management of benefits, support in HR functions, and backup for payroll when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Process and manage employee enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefit plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, delivering timely and accurate information to employees.
  • Provide comprehensive support in various human resources functions, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and training initiatives.
  • Step in to provide backup support to payroll when necessary, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
