Roles & Responsibilities
- Over 8 years of experience in Data and strong communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in Tableau Administration and Linux OS.
- Expertise in Reporting tools and SQL.
- The position would include: new user ticketing, troubleshooting user and server issues, adherence to maintenance and patching schedules, assistance with keeping client environment performing at its highest capability.
- Ability to help fulfill stringent performance requirements.
- Perform an active, leading role in shaping and enhancing the overall Business Intelligence architecture.
- Identify, recommend and implement reporting best practices and architecture improvements.
- Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to end-users and executive management, understanding when to speak up and deliver an assertive message in support of the project.
