What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Technician position at TridentCare?
TridentCare is hiring for a Full Time Radiology Tech to service our facilities in the surroundings area of Phoenix, Arizona. This position will be provided with a company van, and responsible to service facilities within this area, typically around 2-4 facilities a day. Must be a registered with AZ CRT and ARRT. As this is a driving position, applicants must have a drivers license and a driving record in good standing. Pay is based on experienced, with a salary range of 27 to 36 an hour. Shift differential does apply to certain positions. Medical and Dental benefits after 30 days of employment
- Perform and process X-Rays and submit/transmit them for interpretation.
- Unload portable x-ray equipment and take to patient’s bedside to perform exams ordered by the physician. Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x-rays.
- Check, complete, and deliver paperwork related to the exam and the patients billing information; retrieve copy of face sheet and deliver paperwork to company as directed
- Enter patient demographics in computer workstation and scan films, and transmit them to the reading center. Resend films as directed.
- Regularly communicate with Lead Technician to report status and location.
