General Civil Project Manager

Description
As a Project Manager (PE), you'll be tasked with independently applying, planning, designing, directing, managing, organizing, executing, and recommending related activities of projects within the organization. Project completion will be completed with minimal direct supervision, and you will direct staff during the design of a project. You are specifically responsible for the overall management of the project.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Prepare or direct preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for project.
- Conceive plans and conduct research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity.
- Calculate cost and determine the feasibility of the project based on analysis of collected data.
- Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction and safety standards.
- Direct construction and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
What you'll need
- 10 - 25 years of Project Management experience in field-related work experience and/or Certification in a related field acceptable.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and/or Professional Registration preferred (P.E. License or ability to obtain).
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, professionals, and team members.
- Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
*Management duties include budgeting, scheduling, job tracking, client interaction, and staff management.
