Financial Analyst/ Costing

We have an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst- Costing/Business Planning in the Circleville, Ohio plant.

Position Summary: Focus on in-house process cost, quotes and support Business Planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Integrated MRP packages
• Good knowledge of Business Planning Process Flow
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of associates and customer
• Good analytical troubleshooting skills
• Strong support for all new model activity
• Project management skills
• Staff development skills

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sections to ensure both short term & long-term business objectives are met relating to planning, technical integration and budget
• Responsible for making and achieving Business Plan goals and objective
• Prepare and make presentations to the company plant management
• Develop, promote a safe, open, honest and productive work place
• Facilitate team building

• Process analysis- quality and quant
• Problem analysis and resolution
• Enforce company safety regulations

• Good knowledge of modern manufacturing processes and equipment

• Must be able to work overtime & Travel on short notice
• Work within strict time frames with no supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
