What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Trinity Health Michigan?
Coordinates patient care activities and services according to the hospital’s mission, goals and objectives. Integrates patient care services with all hospital departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of accredited educational program for professional nursing. BSN preferred.
2. BCLS certification, ACLS preferred.
3. Michigan Registered Nurse licensure required.
4. Three years clinical nursing experience. (Rehab Services 2-3 years clinical nursing experience)
5. Demonstrate ability and skill in the management of organizational change and continuous quality improvement processes.
6. Evidence of creative and innovative approaches to achieving outcomes.
7. Ability to facilitate staff development through appropriate coaching, mentoring, and counseling.
8. Well developed communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
9. Ability to work in an environment that promotes accountability, subsidiary and collegiality.
10. Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of the Network.
