Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team! Come and join our CARE culture and be part of a team that values the lives of our residents and community.
Trinity Healthcare is a premier long-term company, operating twenty-five facilities thought the state of Texas and is now hiring a full-time Regional Director of Operations based in or near San Antonio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operations of several facilities near San Antonio.
- Mentor and coach administrators and hold accountable to expectations.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and monitor PPD.
- Keep expenses and income favorable to budget.
- Ensure excellent clinical care of residents.
- Ensure facilities are maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely billing and collection of accounts.
- Perform various public relations functions within the community on behalf of the facilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or related
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
- Significant experience as an administrator of a long-term care facility
- Current state appropriate Nursing Home Administrator’s license
- Willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
