The Service Administrator serves as a scheduler for shop and field service work. Help supervise shop staff as required to ensure they are on task to maximize shop output. Maintain inventory, issue POs, order and check in parts for repairs to equipment and golf carts. Follow up on orders, returns and warranties as needed. Coordinate internal & external service work and answer service requests for customers and follow up with opportunities to earn more service work. This position requires multi-tasking, computer competency in Excel, Word, and ACT. Attention to detail is important. Answer incoming phone calls, assess needs of caller and assist if able. Keep work area clean/organized, experience in construction equipment and aerial lifts is preferred.
