The Installation Manager is responsible for the planning and logistics of multiple installation crews. An ideal candidate for the Installation Manager will be thorough and detail oriented in order to ensure all projects are properly staffed and handled with efficient timing.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage work for multiple installation crews and employees, including logistics, product and material movement and customer engagement.

Assign the employee responsibilities to insure proper execution and completion of the jobs on a timely basis.

Ensure job timeframes and deadlines are met.

Track employee hours, performance, quality and other operating metrics to assure installs are completed in a timely and successful basis.

Provide updates with job progress and modify plans to resolve delays, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Update and maintain job schedules on Excel spreadsheets and/or Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Communicate effectively with and provide job updates to Trinity Solar employees and subcontractors.

Communicate with corporate office by phone or email to deliver monthly and quarterly project status reports.

Prepare project reports and emails as needed.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or experience in logistics, field workforce or related field and/or minimum 3-5 years scheduling and supervisory experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and the ability to learn computer programs quickly (we use Salesforce for customer relationship management software).

Expert at scheduling, time management and multi-tasking.

Team player with excellent customer service skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with solar equipment and hardware preferred.

Sense of humor a must!!
