Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and general services
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, ensuring all administrative needs are met
- Manage the office budget and make necessary purchases to maintain an adequate supply of materials and equipment
- Assist teams with organizing business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with office management software and productivity tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
