What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Tripalink?

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and general services
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, ensuring all administrative needs are met
  • Manage the office budget and make necessary purchases to maintain an adequate supply of materials and equipment
  • Assist teams with organizing business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with office management software and productivity tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
