Residential Property Manager

About the position...

The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for the overall general administration and function of the Georgetown Crossing property located in Mechanicsburg, PA.

• Ensure all move-in/move-out inspections are performed, and dispositions are submitted to the corporate office in a timely manner.
• Supervise and communicate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure physical property is kept in good condition.
• Responsible for development, execution and reporting of annual budget(s) and monitoring expenditures closely.
• Represents TCC in any Home Owner’s Associations and attends meetings, etc.
• Assist in any and all special projects pertaining to property.
• Coordinates resident events – planning, preparing, and executing them on a consistent and regular basis within budgeted guidelines.
• Completes annual training to ensure proper compliance with state and federal policies, fair housing, and continued educated for credentials and/or PA Real Estate License.
• All other duties as assigned to ensure an effective and efficient work environment.
• Supervises leasing agents and administrative staff.

What we are looking for from you...

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Pennsylvania State Real Estate Sales Person License, or must obtain within one (1) year of employment
• Minimum of 3 years in the Residential Leasing/Sales field
• Must have basic computer and typing skills
• Effectively communicates with people in a calm and friendly manner verbally, via email, and/or written correspondence, and company texting acting on behalf of Triple Crown Corporation
