What you will do:
Sourcing and Attraction:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Proactively seek out passive candidates through innovative recruiting techniques.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collect and evaluate feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews.
Collaboration and Partnership:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must be based in the contiguous United States
- 4-8 years of experience in full cycle recruitment (Hiring Need Intake Through Initial Onboarding)
- Demonstrated ability to guide hiring managers and senior leaders toward optimal candidate selection framework, hiring process, leading to high retention.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- It is your responsibility to provide and show proof of high speed internet access at your selected remote work location.
- FTE Remote Position
- Base Salary $75k - $90k, plus eligibility for performance bonus
- Company provided laptop and required peripheral equipment
