What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP/CMT Residential Shifts position at TriSource?
TriSource is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals and Certified Medical Technicians to work within Residential Group Homes within the Baltimore City and Baltimore County areas.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential group homes/ day programs
- Active CPR and First Aid certification
- CMT (preferred)
- DDA (can provide)
- MANDT training (can provide trainer information)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background
Responsibilities:
- Maintain structure and supervise participants within assigned group.
- Be aware and respond appropriately to participants emotional and physical needs
- Ensure safety during meals
- Tend to participants’ hygiene and daily living skills
- Report any behaviors or medical concerns immediately to supervisor
- Following procedures and documenting appropriately
- Report any incidents to supervisor immediately
Schedules:
- Work anywhere from 4-12 hours on the weekends with the ability to pick up weekday shifts as needed by the program.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parkville, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- MANDT training (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)

- Night Shift (Preferred)
