We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in a Manufacuring Plant environment and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties
· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding in a manufacturing environment
· Assist in weekly & bi-weekly payroll
· Conduct workforce planning and assist with talent acquisition efforts
· Maintain and update HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data
· Assist with employee evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans
· Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
· Support change management initiatives and assist with organizational development efforts
· Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience in a manufacturing plant environment
· Assist with project management for various HR initiative
· Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
· Assist with human resources management tasks such as benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
· Proven manufacturing experience as an HR Generalist or similar role required
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software applications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Experience with social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
