Fitness Coach Job Duties:

Fitness Coach Job Duties:
As a Fitness Coach you can expect to be a top performer of the following duties:
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Being part of a studio team dedicated to growing its membership, working directly with Sales Associates to close memberships
- Help create an exciting culture and community by participating in events, engaging with members, and reaching out to members and prospective members
- Being AED/CPR certified
- Hold and maintain a current personal training fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
- Complete the proprietary OTF fitness certification
- Some experience leading Group X classes
