Job Description:
Tristar is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot computer problems. The IT Support Specialist will report directly to the IT Manager. This position is onsite in the Port of Catoosa, OK.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware & software, following installation specifications
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems and appropriate software
- Assist with adding/removing users to/from IT Systems
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- IT certifications, preferred
- Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within an IT Department
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
