The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of product line(s) through direct and channel sales activities to achieve established sales budget. Sales activities are accomplished via telesales to new and existing customers.
This position reports to the Sales Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Make direct telephone sales calls to prospects and existing customers
· Lead management via multiple channels (web, phone, email, chat) to drive sales.
· Aggressively research and seek new business opportunities.
· Provide quoting support to District Sales Managers.
· Meet monthly and quarterly forecast.
· Enter and maintain accurate customer information in relevant business systems.
· Maintain opportunities and record callbacks/tasks in Salesforce.com.
· Provide top-line pricing with the ability to negotiate, when necessary.
· Ability to "up-sell" and grow accounts.
· Survey and follow-up with customers and prospects.
· Make wellness calls to customers to determine customer satisfaction.
· Write up customer complaint/compliment forms.
· Relay critical information to product management.
· Work well with other sales groups, including both field- and office-based personnel.
· Maintain cooperative relationships with product managers, customer service, technical service, and the credit and shipping department.
· Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls.
· Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Position Requirements
· A minimum of two years telemarketing/customer care/sales experience preferred.
· Self-motivating and outgoing. Able to maintain energy and enthusiasm.
· Excellent personal selling skills.
· Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of computer software/programs including MS Office, Outlook, Gmail, and Internet preferred. Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
· Excellent phone manners with no hesitation to communicate via phone.
· Must demonstrate previous success of implementing a strategic, targeted plan to achieve desired results.
Education:
Bachelor's degree and at least 1-5 years related sales experience. Benefits

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
