What are the responsibilities?
- Drive to potential customers homes and conduct appointments
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Submit proposals for each customer account (including pictures, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets
- Follow up with customers by phone and visits the customer as necessary
What is required?
- 1 years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, home improvement industries, or sales
- Construction experience is a plus
- Be able to enter and be comfortable with entering crawl spaces underneath houses
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
