Superintendent
State and federal contractor looking for Superintendent with great time management skills, who is knowledgeable and experienced in concrete rehabilitation work. We are seeking an individual who learns quickly, takes initiative, and retains information. Individual must be willing to put forth the time and effort to run a highly effective crew.
Position requirements:
- Valid driver license
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a supervisor on Marine, Civil & Electrical Scope
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor on Concrete Rehabilitation
- Experience working on federal installations
- Ability to pass drug screening (at time of hire and randomly while employed)
- Ability to gain federal base access
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in low lit areas
- Ability to work in wet conditions
- Must be able to use a computer to create take-offs and complete daily production reports
- Experience with ordering materials, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling also required
Preferred, but not required:
- Proficient with P6 Scheduling
- Proficient with Revu Bluebeam
