Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization. They work closely with the sales team, team members, vendors and customers to ensure that projects meet their objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Identify and allocate necessary resources for the project.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and non-verbally.
- Act as a liaison between sales executives, team members, and customers.
- Facilitate effective communication by scheduling meetings, distributing project-related information, and maintaining documentation.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure all project documents are up to date and accessible to the project team.
- Monitor project timelines and report any potential delays or issues to the Sales Executive.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections as necessary.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and managing project-related paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
