Triversity Craft Force (TCF) is looking for an Operations Manager, are you ready to make the move? The Operations Manageris directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and team of the TCF drywall organization. This role oversees and/or coordinates administrative and technical aspects (such as team development, performance and financial management of the department, systems, and controls) of the Drywall Department craft labor force in collaboration with field leaders and others. In this role, they would oversee day to day projects, budgeting, financial reporting and other elements that impact an organization’s cash flow.
Essential Functions:
Leads the team development, staffing, structure & performance management for the dry wall team.
Works collaboratively with General Manager and General Superintendent to ensure administrative functions of field operations are appropriately executed.
Supports Project Manager & Superintendents in the reporting and management of jobs.
Coordinates staff/team efforts to drive success of the business & projects.
Responsible for financial execution of projects.
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related industry degree and 5 years commensurate experience
Completed OSHA 30-hour training within one year of hire.
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Strong work ethic and team building skills
Proven knowledge of scheduling techniques and rationale for general trades activities and related technology
Strong understanding and adherence to construction safety standards
Demonstrated understanding and effective management of contract differences and associated risks
Working knowledge of MS Office and strong competence in industry/company related software and applications
