Position Overview:

As a Corporate Recruiter at TRM CPA, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional professionals who align with our company culture and values. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent networking skills, and has a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the recruitment journey.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Manage candidate relationships and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years experience as a corporate recruiter or similar role, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent through various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
