Ideal candidates are dependable, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrating a strong level of communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented kitchen and banquet operation. Additionally, ideal candidates have proven experience to be able to be responsible and accountable for food production and presentation to restaurant guests and staff as directed by the Executive Chef.
Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays, as needed

The requirements and responsibilities of the position include and are not limited to the following:
- Food handler card required.
- Holidays and weekend availability required.
- Positive and “can do” attitude regarding members/guests needs.
- Must be able to provide legal documentation of ability to work in the United States.
- Culinary training is preferred but not required, country club or hotel experience is a plus.
- Ability to arrive on time and set up work station according to the day’s business level.
- Ability to maintain a sanitary work station in accordance to local health code.
- Work well under pressure and able to multitask.
- Ability to produce breakfast, lunch and dinner items in a timely manner according to event schedules and chef’s standards.
- Ability to produce quality soups, sauces and follow recipes as needed for daily production.
- Ability to work on satellite work stations outside the main kitchen during special events.
- Checks and dates all deliveries received reporting any variances to chef in charge.
- Assist with putting away deliveries using FIFO method.
- Ability to execute banquet production as needed.
- Communicate equipment repair needs with chef in a timely manner.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Required to maintain grooming standards and personal hygiene set forth by the company.
Compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and ability.
