The purpose of the Club Attendant is to greet, interact and monitor all areas of the club. This multi-faceted position which includes a wide range of duties that require superior customer service skills, experience with computers, and a great attitude.
General Responsibilities
- Greet all customers in a warm, friendly and welcoming tone.
- Responsible for answering the phone and providing appropriate information to customers.
- Responsible for monitoring the pool area.
- Ensures the overall cleanliness of the areas being monitored.
- Responsible for observing and monitoring the fitness center, restrooms, playground, and sports courts.
- Report any issues immediately to their supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must excel in member relations, good communication skills, need someone who is willing to have tough conversations
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service.
Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Positive interpersonal skills required.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Basic computer and typing skills are required.
