- Manager must be on Duty during the busiest times.
- Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well stocked and organized.
- Ensuring a consistent positive guest experience.
- Planning of weekly and seasonal events.
- Compliance to Health Department standards.
- Maintaining a positive morale within the department.
- Training front of the house staff and on-course refreshment car staff on department standards.
- Assuring consistency in quality of food, service and timing.
- Holding daily Pre-shifts involving Executive Chef for Food Knowledge review.
- Menu creation and inserting into Jonas.
- Daily Floor Plans.
- Editing and maintaining proper POS operations.
- Coding and logging of invoices.
- Managing expenditures within budgeted numbers.
- Managing labor within budgeted numbers.
- Overseeing all Food & Beverage Inventory control and maintaining cost of sales within budgeted numbers.
- Daily communications with the Director of Food & Beverage on department status.
- Leading team in a positive manner.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Alcohol Awareness Training, Food Safety and appropriate sanitation training.
