General Purpose:

Essential Duties:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors for goods and services, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.
- Support the procurement team in managing purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.
- Assist in analyzing market trends, researching products, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in retail planning activities, including assortment selection, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Help maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, pricing information, and inventory levels.
- Support retail operations by assisting with merchandise displays, inventory management, and customer service as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure efficient procurement and retail operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Retail Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
