Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety to optimize café performance and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly operating goals.
• Drive profitability and manage the café's financial performance.
• Foster a positive atmosphere by embodying "Tropitude" and delivering unparalleled hospitality to every customer.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Delegate and oversee daily café functions, including food preparation, customer service, and cleaning duties.
• Manage product ordering, inventory, and invoice reconciliation.
• Achieve sales goals, optimize labor, and control inventory using our MyInventory program.
• Uphold sanitation practices and safety protocols in the kitchen.
• Lead and coach the store leadership team to achieve operational excellence.
• Support training initiatives and ensure quality training for team members.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction reach 100%.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• High energy and a genuine passion for people and food.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and labor management preferred.
• Proficiency in P&L (Profit and Loss) statements is preferred.
• Motivated, energetic, and sales-driven.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
